    摘要: 研究期間:10203~10212;The success of radioactive waste disposal requires comprehensive safety assessment techniques to evaluate the risk related to facility construction and operation. Technical guidelines for reviewing the report of safety assessment are accordingly critical from regulation view point. The Review Guidelines on Safety Assessment of Low-Level Waste Disposal Repository (0 version draft) was completed by the Fuel Cycle and Materials Administration (FCMA) in 2011. The purpose of this study is to enhance two key review-techniques, site characterization and facility design, for the tunnel repository by collecting and reviewing important guidelines and documentations from Taiwan and other nations. Based on results of reviewing and analyzing these documentations, the 0 version draft guidelines for low-level waste repository will be further examined in this study and modifications will be suggested aiming at chapters related to site characterization and facility design. Recommendations for amendment of the Guidelines on Safety Assessment of Low-Level Waste Disposal Repository (0 version draft) are proposed accordingly for reference to the regulatory authorities. An expert committee will be organized and this committee will review these recommendations and provide their suggestions.
