摘要: | 研究期間:10108~10207;In situ and off site technologies are two kinds of basic approaches used in remediation for the contaminated soil. However, off site technologies, such as excavation and solidification, might seriously impact environment and ecosystem. Biodegradation and phytoextraction for in situ remediation technologies are environmentally friendly methods but lacking in the high removal efficiency. In addition, organic compounds with complex molecular structures are difficultly biodegraded. In this study, we changed the traditional concern that contaminants need to be adsorbed or biodegraded. We used enzyme to promote oxidative-coupling reaction between recalcitrant organic pollutants (e.g. PCP, PBDE, DCB) and soil organic matter (SOM), which produce stable incorporated polymer. Whole project will be completed within three years. In the first year, we study the basic oxidative-coupling efficiencies of commercial enzyme (laccase, peroxidase) promoting that the recalcitrant organic pollutants bound with the SOM. The effects of environmental conditions and mediators on the oxidative-coupling reaction are elucidated. The obtained incorporated polymer is examined using LC-MS, NMR, GPC, IR. In the second year, in order to overcome enzyme dissociation and environmental influence, we used the synthesized mediator with amino and hydroxyl groups on the surface, and structural mesopore and micropore to immobilize the selected enzyme. Moreover, differences in the dissociating enzyme relative to oxidative-coupling reaction, enzyme activity, and incorporated polymer are investigated. In the third year, we change the ecosystem conditions of the contaminated soil and enlarge incentive factors to induce extra cellular enzyme released from microorganism. Moreover, the differences between dissociated and immobilized enzymes on the oxidative-coupling reaction and the incorporated polymer are discussed. In our previous studies, we have investigated the topics regarding humus chemistry and enzyme chemistry. Also, we have rich experience in synthesizing mesoporous or macroporous materials and modifying the material surface. We deeply believe when the project is effectively carried out, it can offer a new method to remove the recalcitrant organic pollutants from the contaminated soils. |
