本研究以中國大陸員工為研究對象,探討公司管理型態與員工內在價值觀對工作滿意度與工作投入的影響,本研究採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,於研究期間發出400份問卷,收集了251份有效問卷。 研究結果顯示:(1)管理型態與員工內在價值觀對工作滿意度與工作投入具有正向的影響關係; (2)工作滿意度與工作投入有正向的影響關係; (3)管理型態與員工內在價值觀,會經由工作滿意度的中介,正向影響個體對工作投入的程度。由於中國工作環境的特殊性,本研究將對此提供管理上的意涵與未來研究的建議。; This study investigates the effects of corporate management practice and employees' intrinsic work values on their job satisfaction and job involvement. It is found that management practice and individual intrinsic work values are positively related to employees' job involvement. Employees' job satisfaction is positively related to their job involvement. In addition, it is confirmed that job satisfaction would mediate the relationships between management practice and job involvement as well as intrinsic work values and job involvement. Recommendations and managerial implications are thus discussed.
