本研究主要研究自2005年開始,大陸政府開放台灣水果進入大陸市場,並給予許多優惠措施後,台商出口台灣水果到大陸市場的主要進入策略,並尋找最適合的進入策略幫助企業增加獲利。 本論文運用「專家訪問法」研究,訪問六位專家,分別從進入東機與目的、企業內部以及企業內部三方面去探討,整理出台灣水果出口到大陸市場的最佳進入策略,並分別給予企業與政府的相關建議。 ;The main research since 2005, the mainland government to open up Taiwan fruits into the mainland market, and to many preferential measures, Taiwan exports to the mainland market for Taiwan fruit to enter the main strategy, and finding the most appropriate strategy to help enterprises to increase access to profit .
