本研究以汽車零組件產業為背景,探討汽車零組件產業導入企業資訊管理之成功關鍵因素,研究中採用DeLone & McLean 的泛用型資訊系統成功模型,透過文獻探討找尋影響汽車零組件產業企業資訊網站成功的六類系統模型變數。以天下雜誌2005年1000大企業中之汽車零組件業的從業人員為研究對象,驗證此模型。研究結果發現,系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質會影響使用者知覺有用,系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質會影響使用者滿意度,其中以系統品質對使用者滿意度的影響最大,服務品質對使用者滿意度的影響最小;而知覺有用及使用者滿意度會影響其企業知識網站系統的使用意願,且使用意願對使用者的使用及滿意度具有回饋的效果。 ;This research aims to study with the Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industries as reference, researched the key success points for the industries to phase in the Enterprise Information Management. In the research, Delone & McLean’s accredited model of General Information System been used; From the academic writing, researched six models system variance which influent the success of the information website for the Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industries. As the result from the research, quality of the system, quality of the information and the quality of the service can influent the users’ sense of advantage, as well as the users’ satisfaction. From it, the influence from the quality of system is obvious, and the influence from the quality of service is less. The users’ sense of advantage and the users’ satisfaction can influent his interest in using the enterprise knowledge website system, while the interest of using the system could influent the users’ satisfaction in return.
