在經濟全球化潮流催化下，臺灣對中國大陸的投資與全球對中國大陸的投資，都是無法避免的趨勢，基於兩岸經濟體系本身個別的競爭優勢、產業結構發展的相互融合。首先台商進入中國大陸投資，除了本身條件外，必須了解中國政策的根源與脈絡，現在中國政策是依據「十一五規劃」執行。 研究結果顯示當臺灣企業選擇赴大陸投資設廠應該特別注意：稅率制度、優惠制度、產業結構與區域優勢，瞭解企業本身競爭力比較。區域研究以華東地區電子電機產業為主，探討臺灣投資廠商與台商的競爭力比較，並對產業結構與產品分析。後續研究針對中國有那些重要政策？與中國土地取得問題為何？有詳細分析與討論。對於個案研究能夠帶給台商企業界作為處理事件的依據與參考。 本研究建議將赴中國大陸投資廠商與相關產業必須詳細研究。最後提出針對中國大陸政策實施應變對策，關於「新勞動合同法」實施注意事項及「勞動仲裁法」相關研究，與工傷處理方式。至於土地取得問題由於中國大陸「物權法」的實施，帶來台商投資中國大陸有更好保障。 ;With Catalysis of economic globalization, Taiwan and other countries’ investments in Chinese Mainland are unavoidable trend based on competitive advantages of intercoastal economic system and mutual integration of industrial structure.
