    Title: 智慧資本與公司競爭力之研究-以精密模具加工業為例

    Abstract: 核心競爭力是企業在面臨全球性競爭下,能持續保有公司競爭優勢的不二法門。而智慧資本包含了公司所擁有之財務與非財務方面的知識、智慧與能力,對於公司競爭力的衡量扮演了非常重要的角色。為了瞭解影響精密模具產業的核心競爭力的因素,我們採用深入訪談的方式來搜集模具產業資深經理及專家意見。
    本研究匯整了過去的文獻、深入訪談模具產業的專家來設計出層級分析法的問卷。問卷發放對象為模具加工業主管及專家,共回收28份問卷。結果發現,競爭力衡量因素架構之系統構面中,第二層『非財務構面』(0.5568)較『財務構面』(0.4432)較為重要;而在第三層衡量指標中,非財務構面的子構面指標其重要性依序為:『人力資本』(0.3129)、『結構資本』(0.2501)、『關係資本』(0.2405)、『創新資本』(0.1965),而在財務構面的子構面指標其重要性依序為:『經營效能』(0.5367)、『財務結構』(0.2049)、『獲利能力』(0.1438)、『償債能力』(0.1146)
    Leonard-Barton(1995)認為公司核心競爭力就是由企業知識組合而來的能力,這個觀點說明員工的專業知識與專業業技能的重要性,本研究在『人力資本』所得到的權重為較『結構資本』、『關係資本』、『創新資本』等指標所獲得權要來的高,這也證明了人力資本、員工專業知識、技能在公司競爭力上的重要性。在『關係資本』構面中其決策指標的結論中,主要客戶占營收比重(0.4638)、客戶滿意度(0.3373)均高於股東結構(0.1989)這項衡量指標,說明公司競爭力在客戶的關係的層面較股東結構來的重要。
    在個案研究中,也發現到龍生與鴻海的模具廠都是屬於服務客戶為公司策略方針,以協助其他相關製程以幫助客戶順利爭取訂單為主要目的,並在最短的時間內達成客戶的任何需求,如:最短時間、新技術需求、最佳品質、最低價格。
    ;Core competence is the key factor for companies to keep their continuous competitive advantages under global competition. Intellectual Capital includes both financial and non-financial factors and plays a very important role when evaluating company’s competitive ability. Exploring the factors in precision mold industries, we use In-depth Interviews to collect opinion from mold industry managers and experts.
    This study integrated the result of previous researches and interviewed with practical experts to design the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaire. Using AHP Method, we integrated the opinion from the samplings of 28 managers and experts, the result as follows:
    1.Mold companies managers valued more non-financial dimensions (0.5568) than financial dimensions (0.4432). The interaction of intellectual capital conveys fairly significant positive tendency on its influence upon core competence.
    2.The important criteria of un-financial dimensions in order were Human Capital (0.3129), Structural Capital (0.2501), Relational Capital (0.2405), and Innovation Capital (0.1965).
    3.The important criteria of financial dimensions in order were Management Efficiency (0.5367), Financial Structure (0.2049), Profitability (0.1438), and Liquidity (0.1146).
    In cases study, both Foxconn and Dragonjet valued customer demands and services as their most important business strategy. Thus, intellectual capital plays an important role to increase human capital to accomplish the purpose desired.
