    摘要: 地球能源的超耗導致的能源危機;人類的活動以及石化燃料的使用所引發的全球暖化問題,讓美國及其他卅七個工業國家在1997年12月於日本京都達成協議並簽屬「京都議定書」,同意於公元2012年將溫室氣體排放量減少到低於1990年標準的百分之五這個目標。自此全球各國政府開始致力發展『可再生能源』(如水力、風力、地熱、生質等),藉以減少對地球有限資源的依賴也透過這些潔淨能源降低對溫室氣體的排放。
    在可再生能源中又以太陽能為近十多年來各國政府主要的發展標的。各國太陽能的發展以歐、美國家為主,直到2008年的全球金融危機與緊接而來的歐債危機讓整體歐、美市場太陽能政策趨於保守,加上中國政府強力扶植中國太陽能產業擴大供給量,終究導致供需失衡,市場價格崩盤。在市場競爭激烈情形下,提升企業的競爭優勢成了非常值得研究的問題。
    本研究以台灣太陽能矽晶圓主要供應商之一的公司為例,來分析其在太陽能矽晶圓的競爭優勢。本研究方式採取以「需求特徵分析」的問卷調查方式,探討個案公司在競爭激烈的太陽能矽晶圓產業,應改善那些需求特徵以及強化那些競爭優勢,讓公司能在此競爭激烈的市場中找到立足點,進而突破僵局找到新契機。;Earth energy over consumed generate energy crisis issue;Human activities and using of fossil fuels cause Global warming issue,USA and other 37 industrialized countries signed up an agreement,named "Kyoto Protocol" in December 1997 in Kyoto, Japan。All parties agreed to reduce gas emissions to have 5% reduction in compare to 1990 when year 2012。In order to reach the goal,all countries governments in the world committed to develop "renewable energy" (such as hydro, wind, geothermal, biomass, etc.), it is not only can reduce dependence on the Earth′s limited resources, but also reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the Clean Energy.
    Solar power is the major development targets by every country′s government over the last decade. Development of solar energy mainly in the EU countries and the United States until 2008 global financial crisis and the EU debt crisis cause European and American solar policies become conservative, at meantime Chinese government support China industry to expand solar supply chain, eventually leading to an imbalance between supply and demand, to cause the market price crash. In the fierce competition in the market situation, to enhance the company′s competitive advantage has become a very worthy of study.
    The case study of solar wafers company is the one of major suppliers in Taiwan. To analyze their competitive advantage in the solar silicon wafer. The research approach taken to "demand characteristics analysis" of questionnaires, discuss the case company in the competitive solar wafer industry, what requirements should be improved and which competitive advantage can be enhanced. To help the company found out market foothold, and new opportunity to break the deadlock.
