摘要:	本研究主要乃針對X 公司假壓測試機台方案的選擇作一深入探討，如何選擇出最佳組合之假壓測試機台方案乃為本研究所要探討之主要課題，其假壓測試機台方案選擇的方法採客觀之評估模式進行，並藉由AHP 之運算，據此以對假壓測試機台方案選擇結果更具可信度。面對面板業在市場激烈的競爭壓力，以及愈來愈不明確的客戶需求與變動環境，若不能有效的提出改善方案，以提昇生產製造效率與下正確的決策與控制，來縮短供貨日期，相信在業界是很難有較好的競爭優勢的。所以重新檢討其測試機台，就成為當前重點目標。所以為了提升對客戶的達交率，其所須的生產資訊與決策必須隨著客戶需求而變化，因此須有一套方法和工具去提供X 公司的觸碰面板之假壓測試機台選擇，才能充分與使用者溝通使每位使用者了解公司內部假壓測試，有助於大家集思廣益、腦力激盪，不僅可以優化假壓測試機台，相對的也可提供機台業者去將測試機台進化，有助於測試品質的提升。本研究利用層級分析法將決策人員主觀判斷之準則權重，轉換成三角模糊數，進而求取各準則的模糊權重。在可行的假壓測試機台評估中，本研究採用模糊數及語意變數的概念處理各項質化準則的績效達成值。最後再經由模糊綜合評判，求取各個方案之整體模糊數值，此即模糊多準則決策方法的最後結果。;This research has been pressing for the selected company X pretest program to make a thorough discussion of how to select a pretesting machine solutions are the best combination of the main topics to be discussed by the Institute, its false pressure tester program methods of mining objective assessment model, and by AHP′s operations, pursuant to a false pressure testing machine for program selection results more credible..Panel industry in the face of fierce market competition, and increasingly uncertain customer demand and changes in the environment, if not effectively identify solutions to improve production efficiency and the correct decision and control, to shorten delivery date, I believe the industry is difficult to have a better competitive advantage. So to review their testing machines, has become the focus of the current target. So in order to enhance customer rates of pay, it shall be the production of information and decision-making must be as customer needs change, so must be a set of methods and tools to provide a touch panel pretest machine choose to full communication with the user so that each user a false understanding of the internal pressure test to help you brainstorm, brainstorming, not only to optimize the false pretest machine, the relative can also provide machine operators to evolve the test machine, contribute to improving the quality test. In this study, the criteria AHP subjective judgment of the right decision makers re-converted into triangular fuzzy number, and then strike a heavy fuzzy weight of each criterion. In practical false pressure test machine evaluation, this study uses the concept of fuzzy numbers and linguistic variables processing performance of the qualitative criteria to achieve value. Finally, through a comprehensive evaluation, the programs overall strike fuzzy values, namely, the final results of fuzzy multiple criteria decision making method.
