摘要: | 如今網際網路盛行的時代,並非僅應用在個人,許多企業為求提高效率、效能及效用,進一步提升企業的競爭力,來面對未來全球化更激烈的競爭環境,除了透過作業流程的簡化、降低採購成本、部門垂直或橫向的整合…等各種方式,都紛紛嘗試導入企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP),來整合企業內部的資訊,目的即為了將企業資源能夠更有效地運用與管理,但是若一昧地為求導入,殊不知導入的過程可能發生的問題,或是不恰當的方式,都是有可能去影響到最後專案導入的成果,且ERP系統的導入更需要耗費相當程度的人力、時間和資金,因此相關ERP導入的研究都陸陸續續地討論中,以期能獲得更廣泛更深入的知識來促使成功的導入ERP以期各項任務皆可獲得最高的成效。 本研究的目的在於我們必須更詳細地去瞭解ERP的導入過程對ERP專案達成度的影響程度如何,有那些問題將會直接地影響成效,而這些問題又屬於何層面,且在單一的專案任務中,各層面影響的層度如何,故為了能夠確實提升ERP專案任務的品質,是故本研究將作更完整及深入的探討,以釐清全貌。 本研究方法首先對ERP導入過程中的問題與ERP各項任務的達成度進行文獻的探討,並蒐集相關的資料後,進行問卷的設計及發放,再透過問券回收的資料進行研究,並採用SPSS統計軟體來進行兩階段的分析,第一階段利用one-way anova來進行問卷中ERP導入過程中所有的問題對ERP專案任務的影響之分析,第二階段在分析開始前先將ERP導入過程中的所有問題進行問題層面的分類,再透過simple linear regression來了解在ERP專案各項的任務中,這些問題層面各自對任務影響的程度如何,孰重孰輕,作更進一步的分析及瞭解。 ;In today’s world of internet prevalence, the internet is not only applied to individual but also to many enterprises with the purpose to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and utility, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to face more competitive environment globally in the near future. The enhancement includes simplicity of working process, reduce cost of procurement, horizontal or vertical department integration…etc., more and more enterprises try to introduction Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) to integrate information internally. The purpose is to use and manage enterprise resources more effectively. However, if the enterprises do not consider the potential problem from the introduction process, or do it with improper way, it might negatively impact the result, especially the introduction process of ERP costs high manpower, time and money. Therefore, related researches of ERP introduction is increasing, on the purpose of acquiring more widely and deeply knowledge to make ERP introduction successfully, to make each assignment could have the best result. The purpose of this study is to understand the influence from ERP introduction process to the ERP projects achievement level, which problems might impact the result, and the level of impact to each portion. This study will do more comprehensive and deep research to see the whole picture from ERP introduction process and result. Firstly, the study method is to discuss related literature of problems from ERP introduction and achievement level of ERP assignment. Questionnaire design and distribution will be after related data collected, and the completed questionnaire will be used as database for study. SPSS statistical software will be used for the analysis of 2 stages. In the 1st stage, One-way ANOVA will be used to investigate the influence from all of ERP introduction problems to ERP projects. In the 2nd stage, to categorize all the problems from ERP introduction process before analysis, and to understand the influence level from the introduction problems to each ERP project and assignment with more intensive analysis. |
