尋求協助是學習過程中的一環,在傳統的課堂上與課後在尋求協助上或許有不同的障礙,而現今網路發展快速,跨躍了時間與空間的限制,提供了尋求協助者一個相當有利的環境。我們收集了100篇討論主題,介紹尋求協助者於討論主題中的表現與所得到的回應方式。我們發現電子佈告欄雖然是一個純文本系統,但資訊的交流是活躍的。適配度卡方檢定顯示尋求協助者有努力的狀況下得到的回應方式顯著地與沒有努力的不同,除了建議學生使用開放式的線上論壇以外,在尋求協助的過程中應更有主動性與自我調整的表現,使其在現今網路發展快速的有利條件下更有效益。;Help-seeking is a part of learning process, there may have some obstacles of help-seeking during the traditional class and after school. Internet has grown rapidly that across restrict of time and space which provide help-seeker an favorable environment. We collected 100 discussion topics introduced the help-seeker in the performance of the way and the resulting response. We found that although BBS is a pure texture system, but is an active exchange of information. Goodness of fit chi-square test revealed there was significantly different of response between the effort help-seeking and non-effort help-seeking. In addition to recommending students use open online forums and, in the process of help-seeking should be more initiative and self-regulated performance, so in today′s favorable conditions for the rapid development of the Internet more beneficially.
