Abstract:	摘要我們已完成即時微循環顯微取像裝置的設計，預期此裝置與傳統的微循環顯微動態影像血流測速儀相比較之下，具有體積小、可攜帶性等優點，，此取像裝置包含顯微鏡頭及光源兩部分，以高亮度低功率的LED 取代高熱高功率的白光光源，以顯微鏡頭取代顯微物鏡及CCD 透鏡組。在鏡頭的設計方面，我們以修正縱向色差的角度來安排鏡組的折射力(power)及鏡片彼此的間距，並改變透鏡的形狀因子降低三階像差完成我們的設計。
