    摘要: 在Motorola 與GE兩家公司成功推動六標準差策略與實際案例下,影響多數電子製造業全面性導入推動六標準差管理手法。其所強調的重點即是持續改善的觀念,利用Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control的架構進行流程改善。藉由六標準差活動可以使更多員工全面瞭解品質觀念,Treichler et al (2002) 認為6σ活動是一種追求最小變異的經營管理思維,藉由統計學上的常態分配與機率模式,來主導企業的營運方針與品質決策,此經營理念在強力且有效地管理工具之配合下,可從公司營運策略、管理方式一直做到產品研發、製程改善(作業改善)、品質提升及售後服務滿意度的提升。
    本研究以消費性電子產品SMT(Surface mount technology)置件為案例,探討SMT設備在置件中,如何透過六標準差手法來提升系統良率,並以精實生產管理去除生產中不必要之浪費,並運用六標準差進行對最佳製程參數之探討。透過該製程分析可將生產之系統穩定度提升,降低不良率風險以提升產品良率。並以P管製圖結合資訊系統來對後期之生產良率進行控制,透過找出關鍵影響因子,與實驗設計手法找出製程最佳參數與改善對策,希望可提供給企業推行或導入精實六標準差專案時之依據和參考借鏡。後續研究者可針對個別產業或其他系統融合導入做進一步的研究和探討。

Probe SMT(Surface mount technology)equipment pick and place Parameters,How to improve by 6 standard deviation of yield enhancement method system,And lean production management to remove unnecessary production of waste,And the use of Six Sigma to discuss the best process parameters of Discussion。Through identify the key factor,To find the optimal process parameters and improvement measures through experimental design techniques,it can enhance the stability of the system of production through the manufacturing process analysis,Reduce the defect rate risk in order to improve product yield。Quality control charts and combine information systems to control the production yield of the end,Hope can provide basis for enterprises to implement or import Lean Six Sigma project to learn from the time of and reference。Subsequent fusion researchers can import for individual industries or other systems for further research and discussion。
