台灣的中小企業,由於受限自身規模大小,人才招募及留任困難,研發創新的投入不足,專業人才不足等問題,面對全球化的環境變遷,要讓企業持續生存與永續發展,變成是一件十分艱困的挑戰。政府部門對於研發創新能夠帶動國家和企業的競爭力早有體認,多年來都投入相當的金額供研究及學術單位進行研究,近年來來則是希望能將研究成果和產業間能有緊密結合,故將力量放在推廣業界科專,希望能直接帶動產業界研發能力的發展,進而厚植國家的整體競爭力。 本研究乃藉由對個案公司投入業界科專的經過,介紹個案公司在投入業界科專及進行產學合作的歷程,並探討在過程中所獲取的收穫。以期將研究結果提供給其他相類似的中小企業,作為是否要投入業界科專及產學合作的參考,所得結論如下: 創新是企業為求永續發展必要執行的工作 中小企業可善用政府及研究單位的支援來進行創新 ;Because the enterprise size is small, Taiwan’s small and medium enterprise has problems at labor hairing, labor retaining, short of research and innovation investing and short of research engineer. The business envirement became the global market and it is difficult challenge to let enterprise living and developing fovever. The Taiwan’s government knew that research and innovation promoted country and industry’s competitive ability. For this reason, Taiwan government spent hurge budget to invest research organization and university to do research in past many years. Recently, Taiwan government want compact cooperation between result of research by research organization and university and industry. Taiwan government emphasizd the industrial Technology Development Program (TDP). The target is developing the industry research ability then enhance the country’s compectitive power. This dissertation investigates case company the process of joined the industrial TDP and cooperated with research organization, to study how to get benefit by industry-univestry research collaboration, and apply it to the similar small and medium enterprise. The conclusion is enterprise must do innovation for long-term developing, and using the government, research organization and university rescouse.
