    Abstract: 論文提要及內容: 在本研究中,主要為利用六角晶格緊密堆積之單層奈米小球取代光柵來製作一波導模態共振器。我們利用FDTD方法設計了一具有波導模態共振現象之結構,並利用兩種互相垂直偏振態入射光來觀察入射光偏振態對元件效果之影響。元件製作上,我們成功堆積出單層奈米小球並製作出一波導模態共振器元件,經過量測後,證實為一具有反射濾波效果之波導模態共振器,而且入射光偏振態對其影響非常之小,可推論元件為一對入射光偏振態獨立之波導模態共振器。
