    摘要: 隨著物聯網產業與智慧科技的蓬勃發展,智慧聯網產品將各行各業帶來顛覆性的改變,企業經營商業模式將被重新改變,企業若無法抓住產業的轉變浪潮將被市場所淘汰。面對物聯網產業快速發展所帶來的挑戰與機會,過去外界習慣從價值鏈(Value Chain)來分析企業所處的競爭位置;但進入IoT時代,產業競爭位置框架將被徹底打破,企業必須具有「異業整合」、「想像力」與「創新能力」才能做出物物相連智能體驗的情境,並為消費者所接受之智慧服務。智能聯網產品是掌握此發展機會的關鍵性產品。面對未來十年物聯網商機與機會,台灣相關的廠商與新創團隊,如何於智能聯網產品領域找到利基並保有競爭優勢,將是刻不容緩的議題。
    正逢各國政府正積極規劃並推動物聯網產業之際,本研究藉由策略規劃、產業分析、營運模式分析等方向,來探討智能控制模組系統製造商如何從競爭激烈與快速變動的產業環境中找出智能控制模組系統製造商的經營策略與發展方向。並依據Porter的五力分析,找出智能控制模組製造商未來發展的關鍵成功因素與發展策略。本論文以台灣智慧聯網系統產業為探討案例,探討台灣智能控制模組系統製造商,如何於物聯網產業快速發展的浪潮中找出未來產品發展與經營之策略與方向。希望透過此論文探討,可以讓台灣智慧控制模組產業經營公司或物聯網產業新創團隊,找出台灣企業於物聯網產業的發展方向,並強化台灣企業於物聯網產業的經營方法與持續創新的經營策略,使台灣企業於物聯網產業發展出別於其他國家的產業競爭力。
    ;Along with the trend of rapid development in IoT(Internet of Things) industries and Smart technologies, the raise of IoE products (Internet of Everything) will generate a massive wave of paradigm shift impact towards to all commercial realms and their existing model of business practices. Consequently, it′ll also indicates the next wave of natural selection for those enterprises who failed to comply.
    As the Value Chain concept used to rule and analyze corporate strategic position. In order to survive in the era of IoT, Corporate need to demolish the old rules again. They have to think outside of box that combines Trade from different fields, be innovated and be creative that helps them to produce the adequate IoT product. The challenges and opportunities incurred from these rapid developments in Smart technology of IoE product, how these IoT suppliers need to master their knowhow would be the key towards their future success. Since the common link in IoE product shares below characteristics: custom made small quantity items with multiple categories, product features require monitor, control, optimize or auto update functions, applications require the ability to merge functions cross different fields with the abilities of data analysis, security in after sale service management.
    To embrace these possible future business opportunities for the next 10 years of IoE evolution, specially the smart technology IoE sector in particular, how to remain profitable yet still maintain competitive is going to be the key agenda that all smart technology IoE product associated suppliers and innovators in Taiwan try figure out.
    While many counties are hastily promote and encourage their own IoT industries, this research will be based on the strategy plans, industry analysis, business operation model analysis as the directions to discuss how IoE control model system suppliers to set their future business strategies and directions. Also in reference to Michael Porter′s Five Forces Model to define the key elements of their successful factors and development strategies
    This paper will elaborate further in perspective from Taiwan based IoE control model system suppliers as the case study. How will they create their future product and set their business directions within this wave of evolution.
    Hopefully as the study of this paper could assist Taiwan based smart technology IoE product associated suppliers and innovators to redefine their directions in IoT operations. Also enhance their advantages and innovations in IoT sector′s operation that differentiate from other nation′s competitors
