    Title: 平面雙軸式磁通閘之分析與應用

    Abstract: 隨著科技進步,感測器的應用已廣泛應用於汽車、醫療、智慧型產品等,若能進一步將目前成熟的半導體製程用於磁感測器之製作,將是一種極具開發潛力之應用。磁力計是用於量測磁場,再將該訊號轉換成電訊號輸出的元件,由於各種磁場感測器的原理及方法並不相同,且每種都有其限制,本研究將針對量測線性範圍約為幾十μT之磁通閘進行設計開發,希望可進一步與電子元件或其他裝置整合,開發出新型的磁感測器。
    本研究首先利用ANSYS Maxwell 3D進行磁通閘的元件模擬,在模擬部份本研究改變線圈及磁芯參數去觀察最大磁通密度變化的狀況,發現線寬與線距越大對於磁通密度是成正比,不過現今感測器趨勢,放大並不是現今主流,故本研究決議以固定元件面積(5 cm×5 cm)並改變線圈寬度與線圈間距,再以PCB板進行實作驗證,希望能將模擬與實作整合並進行分析。
    最終發現,由於元件線圈寬度不同,導致在相同電流下,產生的激發磁場有所不同,使磁芯飽和狀況有異,故量測的靈敏度有所高低,並發現靈敏度與線性程度並不成比例,但是藉由匹配不同磁芯寬度與激發電流的情況下,可以找到較佳值,目前在本研究測試歸納得到,在激發頻率50 kHz下採用不同參數值,可達到最佳靈敏性366.4265 (V/T)且線性量測範圍為0~75 µT,以及最佳線性度0~100 µT且靈敏性219.1429 (V/T),預期後續將針對訊號處理儀器進行電路修改測試,進而達到晶片整合化的移動裝置。

    ;Nowadays, sensors are widely used in cars, medical equipment, and intelligent systems for various applications. For magnetic field detections, several types of magnetic field sensors are developed with different limitations. This research is aimed to develop magnetic flux gate with dynamic range of tens of μT.
    ANSYS Maxwell 2D/ANSYS Maxwell 3D software is applied to simulate the performance of planar 2-axis magnetic flux gate. Different parameters of coils and magnetic core were adapted in order to observe the fluctuations of maximum flux density. In this research, area of element (5 cm×5 cm) is fixed by altering line spaces and line width. Experiments with PCB are used to verify the simulations.
