    Abstract: 過渡金屬催化的交叉耦合反應是目前被公認為在碳碳鍵生成反應中的絕佳合成工具之一。其中鈀催化 之碳氫鍵活化/官能基化反應更是在此相關領域中正快速崛起的明日之星,因為此類方法學可以避免 製備空氣敏感的Grignard試劑或是具高毒性的有機錫試劑,同時減少了副產物的產生。直接的碳氫鍵 官能基化反應更是一個省步驟、相對環保的重要合成策略,相信將會逐漸取代傳統耦合反應,因此, 目前不只有機化學家,高分子與材料化學家也相繼投入此領域的相關研究。 目前本實驗團隊已經成功發展出一套通用的鈀催化碳氫鍵直接芳香環化之合成方法學;Transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions have been recognized as the most powerful synthetic tool for carbon-carbon bond formations.
