    Abstract: 本計畫目的為設計製做出以單光源產生高強度(> mW)之多重相近波長,以做為光學檢 測、三維測距及結構照明顯微術之光源,可藉由波長多工而達成快速之影像擷取、計 算與重建。縱觀目前所有文獻中僅對偏振多工有明確的討論與認知。對於同偏振多重 波長的產生則是以各波長之泵功率閥值相等為原則條件。本計畫分析提出能夠產生多 重相近波長之機制可分類為增益空間多工、時間多工、偏振多工、光譜能階多工等方 式,而文獻中所提出之泵功率閥值相等條件其實本質上是靠著空間燒洞效應達成增益 空間多工,進而達成多波長輸出。 本計畫提出以Nd;High intensity (> mW) multiple well-separated nearby wavelengths light source is supposed to be designed and constructed. Such light source allows optical testing, measurement, 3D ranging and structure illumination in microscopy to achieve faster image ac;研究期間:10408~10507
