    Abstract: 隨著社會進步、醫藥發達,出生率以及死亡率的逐年降低,人口老化已經成為世界趨勢,已開發國家皆面臨著人口老化的問題,台灣當然也不例外。伴隨著年齡老化衍伸出許多健康問題,牙齒相關疾病便是其中之一。由於科技發展日新月異,許多傳統產業逐漸地從傳統製程轉為數位化製造,這股數位化風潮也吹往牙科相關產業。近幾年數位化牙科技術有著很大的進步,廣泛地被應用在病患診斷,並提供專屬的醫療方式,藉此改善社會大眾看診就醫的舒適度,縮短療程時間,提升醫療水準及品質。
    個案公司「台灣創新生醫」便是看準這一點,利用自身3D醫材製造設備的資源,提供快速便捷的人工牙冠客製化3D列印服務,發展出一套創新獨特的商業模式。以3D列印製程製作人工牙冠供患者使用在目前既有的牙科消費市場仍屬少見。因此,要如何調整個案公司現有商業模式,成功地將其推廣至廣大的齒科消費市場便是本論文的主要研究動機。
    本論文採用Osterwalder & Pigneur於2010年所主張的Business Model Canvas商業模式九大要素作為研究範疇,針對個案公司既有商業模式提出建議調整事項,以及未來發展的可行性評估。希望除個案公司之外,其他有意依循著類似商業模式開發推廣新產品或服務的公司也能作為經營策略的一個重要參考。;Along with social progress, medicine development gradually reduces the birth rate and death rate, aging population has become a global trend. Developed countries are faced with the problem of an aging population, Taiwan is no exception. With the aging led to many health problems, dental related issue is one of them. As technological advances, many traditional industries gradually converted to digital from a traditional manufacturing process, which shares the digitized wave blew to dental related industries. In recent years, digital dentistry technology has made great progress to improve comfort of the public consultation to see a doctor, and shorten treatment time. They are widely used in the diagnosis of patients and provide their own medical manners to improve health standards and quality.
    Case Company "Taiwan Innovative Biomedical Co., Ltd." is spotted it, using its own 3D medical material manufacturing equipment resources to provide quick and easy customized 3D printing services. The company developed a unique business model innovation. Dentures which are produced for patients by using 3D printing process is still rare in current existing dental consumer market. Therefore, the main motivation of this thesis is to adjust the company′s existing business model case in order to extend successfully to the majority of the dental consumer market.
    In this thesis, the Business Model Canvas claimed by Osterwalder & Pigneur in 2010 is used as a research category to recommend adjustment and assess the feasibility of the future development of the case against the company′s existing business model. In addition to the company case, the other companies which have similar business model development of new products or services can also serve as an important reference for business strategy.
