    摘要: 金融監督管理委員會於2016年推出金融科技發展策略白皮書中並指出金融產業是促進國家經濟與發展的重要推手。因此,在經商便利度高、完善的資通訊基礎建設與高素質的人力資源的前提下,要建立金融科技生態系統。針對行動支付的目標制訂為藉由政府推動及業者推廣的雙重管道,使國內的行動支付占民間消費支出比例在5年內倍增,由現行的26%提高至52%。而信用卡與行動支付都同為替代現金的支付工具,勢必存在競合關係,本文在此基礎上,分別討論行動支付和信用卡的現況,並探討兩者間的優劣以及行動支付的發展對於信用卡的影響。;In 2016, Financial Supervisory Commission releases the “FinTech Development Strategy White Paper” and indicates that the financial industry is the most important industry to boost the economy. Furthermore, under the well-established information and technology infrastructure and the high-quality human resources, Financial Supervisory Commission also declares that it will build up the ecosystem of FinTech. The goal of the mobile payment is to double up the ratio of the domestic mobile payment to the total consumption payment from the 26% to 52 %. However, both the credit cards and the mobile payments are the substitutes for cash, there will be the coopetition relationship between the credit cards and the mobile payments. Under this framework, this article shows the current situation of the credit cards and the development of the mobile payments. Moreover, according to the pros and cons of the credit cards and the mobile payments, this article discuss how the development of the mobile payments affects the credit cards.
