行動裝置的蓬勃發展，行動網路的網路頻寬需求日益增加，但行動網路的供給層面卻遠遠的不及行動裝置的增加數量。行之有年的熱點切換系統也隨著使用者的需求透過政府或是行動裝置的開發商提出不同的解決方案，而各自開發的系統因為開發環境的限制，有登入手續繁雜的缺點與行動裝置平台限制的問題，加上一般現有的商家都具有龐大且閒置的固網資源，而如何透過無線AP系統整合營造出三贏的場面是我們設計使系統的思考主要方向。針對系統的困難度，由於沒有現成的電信商資料，故必須透過EAP-SIM的認證修改來完成整個系統的主要功能。配合整個系統的架設，必須涉獵防火牆，程式撰寫，網路，資料庫，PHP網頁程式與SIM卡硬體多方位的整合和解決問題的構思，是完成整個系統最大的挑戰。 本篇論文提出一個跨平台的認證架構，WiFi系統不需要手動輸入帳號密碼來進行熱點連線，並透過IMSI進行使用者辨識。新的使用者只要透過EAP-SIM的協議直接將帳號密碼登入資料庫，省略輸入帳號密碼手續。 第二部分為在此無線網路系統上的資料庫與無線AP平台，透過Curl設計共同的溝通介面，並且利用資料庫結合無線熱點，解決使用者上網的問題。 ;Rapid growth of mobile applications leads to high bandwidth requirement on access the internet. Free wireless hot spot system, which are proposed by the government or telecom providers, are considered as a promise solution. However, free wireless hot spot system makes telecom providers lose the great benefits on internet access charging. In this thesis, we aim to create a win-win situation for both telecom providers and mobile users. On the other hand, internet access on current wireless hot spot system is not secure. Attackers can easily obtain users’ private data by eavesdropping. This thesis also proposed a certification framework on cross-platform. Mobile users can access internet easily and securely in our system.
