    Title: 電梯纜繩振動抑制設計研究

    Abstract: 本論文對電梯在低樓層與高樓層之間,電梯行程纜繩長度的變化,探討捲揚機對電梯纜繩造成的振動,運用有限元素軟體分析纜繩的各種長度比較,藉由參數的調整與邊界條件設定,最後使模型逼近真實纜繩的實際振動模態。以此分析模型來設計纜繩夾具,分析各種夾具材質與夾具安裝位置比較,不同的材質或固定不同的位置所得的自然頻率皆不同,比較出最有效果的方式。纜繩分別以15M、30M、50M、105M長度進行分析,由不同的長度可代表出電梯的大樓高度,在分析的過程了解,夾具對低樓層的自然頻率改善較有較果,當纜繩的長度越長則改善的效果遞減。另外在探討夾具固定的位置,主要分析纜繩的前三個模態,夾具的固定位置與模態的節點息息相關,從分析的結果提出振動改善之具體方案。;This paper will discuss the vibrationcaused byhoist and rope length change when elevator moving between the low floor and high floor.
    We used Finite Element Analysis to found the vibration modal from set boundary value about all kinds of rope length, and we make it approximately to the real situation.
    This modal will be use to manufacture a rope clip, and we will use this to analsis all kinds of combination about material and position to find the best case.
    This analysis is set 15M、30M、50M、105M length of rope to represent building height, and we found the effect of rope clip is work in low floor but high. Besides ,natural frequency is related to clips position and node.
    So, this paper will appear the results and solutions of analysis.
