    Abstract: 固態氧化物燃料電池(SOFC)系統電池堆的金屬連接板,通常使用高鉻含量不銹鋼製作,然而SOFC系統在長期高溫運作情況下,在陰極端的金屬連接板會因為高溫氧化環境的作用,產生鉻揮發,毒化電池片的陰極材料,降低SOFC系統的發電效率。為了改善此現象,通常會在陰極端的金屬連接板鍍上一層鉻的阻絕層,來防止或降低鉻的揮發反應;其中,鍶錳酸鑭(LSM)為常用的一款鍍層材質,也是目前核研所SOFC系統所採用的鍍層材質。然而,SOFC系統在運作時,隨著工作溫度的改變,由於不同組件間具有不同的熱膨脹係數值,加上工作環;The high-temperature operating conditions could generate significant thermal stresses in a planar solid oxide fuel cell (pSOFC) system due to thermal mismatch between components.
