    摘要: 隨著現今環保意識的興起,資源回收的觀念也受到人們的重視,而廢棄機車因其組成可以高效回收再利用,加上政府積極推動政策來鼓勵民眾回收廢棄機車,也因此帶動此回收產業的商機。目前在實務做法上,業者在決定回收場區位選擇時,往往以土地租金成本做為最大考量,較少衡量到運輸成本的部分;而在回收排程的規劃上,也多仰賴人工經驗來做決策,缺乏整體系統性的規劃。因此,本研究以系統最佳化之觀點,發展一廢棄機車清運排程暨回收場選址模式,希望能有效協助業者在規劃回收場設立位置以及每日清運路線時做決策。
    本研究以時空網路流動技巧及數學規劃方式,在滿足實務相關限制條件下,以追求最小化營運總成本為目標,構建出廢棄機車清運排程暨回收場選址模式。而因問題規模龐大,本研究利用分段及分解概念發展一啟發式演算法進行求解。為評估模式之實用性,本研究以桃園地區之相關資料為例進行範例測試,並測試不同參數之敏感度分析和方案分析,結果顯示本研究之模式在實務上能有效運作,可提供給廢棄機車回收業者做為回收場設立及清運排程規劃之參考。
    ;With the current of environmental protection, the concept of recycling has earned people′s attention. Motorcycle parts can be recycled and reused efficiently and the government also actively promotes policies to encourage people to recycle motorcycles, further leading to the business opportunities of the recycling industry. In current practice, business operators often take the rent cost as the biggest consideration when choosing the recycling plants, and the recycling schedule is usually done according to previous experience, lacking an overall systematic planning. Therefore, this study takes the approach of system optimization and develops a model for recycled motorcycle transporting and the location of recycling plants determining, hoping to effectively assist business operators making their decisions in choices of recycling plants and the daily transportation routes.
    In this study, the time-space network flow technique is employed to formulate an optimal model for recycled motorcycle transporting and the location of recycling plants determining. The proposed model is aimed to minimize the total operating cost. To solve the large problem in the real operation, the solution algorithm is developed. Finally, the numerical tests using real data from Taoyuan City are performed. The results show that the proposed model and the solution algorithm are good and could be used in practice.
