    Abstract: 在現今眾多能源科技發展中,染料敏化太陽能電池具有許多優點,如:製成容易、低成本及具可撓曲等,故成為現今研究的重點之一,而在染料敏化太陽能電池中,所使用的光敏染料扮演著重要的角色。其中金屬錯合物染料與純有機染料各有其優缺點,故如何綜合兩者特性而開發出新型染料成為我們感興趣的研究題目。
    本實驗室所開發的一系列的有機-無機混成光敏染料,是結合了純有機染料的多變性與無機染料的高吸收度。我們的設計理念即是在純有機染料內引入了可與金屬配位的pyridyl thieno[3,4-d]imidazole官能基,藉此我們的有機染料即可與金屬進行錯合進而誕生出一種新型的混成光敏染劑。希望能因此為染料敏化太陽能電池中之光敏染料的結構設計與合成上開闢出一個新的領域並達到改善整體光電轉換效率的結果。
    ;Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) have been one of the mostly studied technologies because of their advantages like simple fabrication process, low cost, and flexibility, etc. Metal complexes and organic dyes have their own advantages; therefore, combining them together might afford a novel and efficient sensitizer, has become our goal of research.
    We designed a series of organic-inorganic dyes consisting pyridyl thieno[3,4-d]imidazole ligand. The pure organic sensitizer can coordinate with metal and form transition metal complex to be a hybrid sensitizer. Our new design of hybrid sensitizers might open up a new window in the field of dye sensitized solar cells and achieve enhanced efficiency.
