The study focused on the last stage of recruitment, when the job seeker needs to make a decision after receiving the letter of appointment from the the organzization. In recent years, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an important issue, as CSR may influence corporate image and the job seeker’s intention to work for the organization. Furthermore, the interview process may also change their mind about whether to accept the offer or not. According, this study investigates the influenc of CSR on offer acceptance, with person-recruiter fit and justice perception during the interview as mediators. Three hundred and seventy-six valid questionnaires were collected from students and fresh graduates using survey research technique. The result shows that person-recruiter fit and justice perception in the interview mediated the relationship between corporation social responsibility to job offer acceptance. The implications of the findings, limitations, future research directions, and managerial implications are discussed.
