    摘要: 近年來大客車的重大傷亡事故頻傳,不管是政府機關團體或是社會大眾,大客車的安全問題已成為眾所矚目與關心的焦點,現行於監理站服務網上已有公告符合新安全設備打造之遊覽車資訊,例如交通部規範自2017年7月31日起新領牌照之遊覽車應配備有電磁或液壓減速器煞車輔助裝置、車身穩定性電子式控制功能 (VSF)、外擴式氣囊懸吊系統及防鎖死煞車系統 (ABS) 等較先進之安全設備,由其打造源頭提升遊覽車之安全配備。另自2016年8月15日起,民眾僅需於網站輸入車號或公司名稱即可查詢符合安全配備遊覽車相關資訊,供民眾租用遊覽車之選擇參考,以往社會大眾對於遊覽車公司營運評等及駕駛違規與酒駕紀錄,或車輛相關的廠牌、馬力、扭力、輔助安全配備等無法得知的訊息,現行都一目了然無所遁形,也因此遊覽車新車就是等於安全的觀念正在快速的改變。顯已可見大客車車輛產業面臨的生存條件及市場的需求已日趨嚴峻。本篇論文擬探討車輛產業面對劇變的競爭,該如何運用企業內的優勢作為因應外在持續變化的競爭環境,改變過往熟悉的模式,開創新的市場。
    本研究採用個案研究法,以大客車車體廠M公司為研究對象,透過五種競爭力量的分析,探討台灣大客車車體產業的發展現況、產業結構、產業的市場競爭情勢及未來發展趨勢。再利用SWOT競爭策略矩陣分析,來探討其經營策略,並藉由觀察和次級資料的蒐集、分析與探討,對個案公司提出經營管理及發展策略之建議。

    一、 個案公司可藉新的合作模式,導入新品牌商品並結合集團公司售服優勢,另創新局,如此能幫助集團公司增加收入,形成互助互利、雙贏的結果。
    二、 個案公司可以借由本身設備與組織資源的優勢,加強品質及對應日益嚴苛之安全形式法規要求,藉提升產品附加價值以增加個案公司營收及獲利。;Coach bus accidents with severe casualties have become more frequent in recent years, making the coach bus safety the focus of attention and concern of both the government and the public. Consequently, new safety regulations regarding coach buses conform with have been implemented. Ministry of Transportation and Communications Taiwan now requires new coach buses equip with electromagnetic or hydraulic retarder, VSF, wide-suspension with air balloon, ABS etc., trying to enhance the safety feature of coach buses. From August 15, 2016, the public citizens only need to enter the number of a license plate or a company name on the website to check the information related to the safety equipments of the coach bus, for the reference of rental selection. The information regarding the grades of coach bus companies, driving and illegal records or vehicle-related brands, horsepower, torque, security equipment, which are not available to the public in the past, is all transparent. Obviously that the coach bus industry is facing a live or death situation in a highly competitive market. This essay intends to probe into the drastic competition of the motor vehicle industry and companies in this industry can utilize their advantages to adapt to the external environment so as to get rid of the old, familiar pattern and open up new opportunities.
    Through the five competitive forces analysis, the case study explores the development status, industrial structure, market competition situation and the future prospects of the coach bus industry in Taiwan. Management and development strategies for the case company are analyzed with SWOT analysis. The results of the study provide the following implications:
    1. The case company should use a new cooperation model to introduce a new brand and products, combined with the advantages of after-sales so as to create a blue ocean to increase revenue and achieve a win-win situation.
    2. The case company can improve the quality by conforming to the stricter safety regulations by using its existing facilities and the resources of the organization, increasing the revenue with value enhanced products.
