當擁有數多個資訊系統與眾多簽核流程時，所有系統程式與簽核流程的管理和快速設定，對於SA (System Analyst)系統分析師、SD (System Designer)系統設計師、PG (Programming)程式設計師、DBA (Database Administrator) 資料庫管理員或(System manager)系統管理人員…等系統相關人員而言，都是相當重要的，因為可藉以達成快速查詢系統程式資訊、有效管理系統程式、避免程式設計時的重工、減少系統程式的撰寫時間、並且減少程式撰寫錯誤的風險、幫助各資訊系統的維護。 因此本研究將提出可管理所有資訊系統程式的總管理系統，該總管理系統具有下列相關功能： 1. 編輯與查詢各系統網頁伺服器及資料庫伺服器位址。 2. 編輯與查詢各系統內網頁目錄選單及其對應程式。 3. 設定與查詢各系統內的簽核流程。 4. 編輯與查詢各系統資料庫內的資料表。;When there are several of information system and signing processes, all the system program and signing processes of management and quick set, for system Analyst、System Designer、Programming、Database Administrator or system manager in terms of system related personnel, all are quite important, because it can be reach by quick query system program information、Effective management system program、avoid program design of heavy industry 、 reduced system program of writing、and reduced program, writing wrong risk、 help each information system maintenance. So this study will be presented can manage all the information system program’s general management system, the general management system has the following related functions: 1. Edit and query the system web server and database server address. 2. Edit and query the system within the system directory menu and its corresponding program. 3. Set up and query the approval process within each system. 4. Edit and query the data tables in each system database.
