    Abstract: 機台生產時若有異常狀況,則會有停機的可能性,若經常停機則會影響生產的進度,停機時須紀錄異常問題並分析異常原因,運用本研究的系統,時間區間做查詢條件,供主管查詢最常發生異常的種類有哪些?以避免常發生的異常狀況,減少機台待機時間並提升機台使用率。

    本研究是用Oracle當資料庫,連結工廠製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System)資料庫,當生產機台停機時,Oracle即時接收到MES資料庫的停機訊息,可當作 WEB 網頁來源資料,並用Microsoft Visual Studio使用VB.NET當開發工具作網頁程式,供使用者維護異常狀況及查詢,此系統有以下相關功能:
    (1) 可分析異常因素造成的比例,進而在教育訓練時可針對常發性的問題做重點教育,期許加快維修速度及正確性。
    (2) 分析常造成機台異常的零件比例。
    (3) 彙整報表及分析圖供使用者使用。
    (4) 歷史資料查詢,可查詢異常問題及解決方式。

    ;It is possible for machine to stop running in case of any abnormal conditions during production. Frequent occurrence will result in schedule delay. The abnormality should be documented for cause analysis. This system from our research is based on time interval for query. In this way, the manager can find out the most frequent abnormalities, so as to prevent such incidents to reduce idle time and improve machine utilization rate.

    The Oracle database is used in this research in connection with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) database. In case of machine breakdown, the Oracle system will receive instant messages from MES database. The messages will be then used as source materials from WEB pages, which may be developed with VB.NET in Microsoft Visual Studio, for troubleshooting and maintenance. The system has the following features:
    (1) An abnormality proportion analysis is further focused on those frequent issues during education and training schemes, to speed up repairing and correctness.
    (2) Proportion of parts that causes machine abnormalities.
    (3) Report and analytical diagram collection for further usage by users.
    (4) History inquiry for abnormalities and solutions.
