    Abstract: 本研究是為玻璃纖維銑削刀具磨損之改善。纖維複合材料加工一直被視為不易加工材料,目前尚無法有效定義切削之最佳加工條件及完整經驗值,而玻璃纖維材料因其耐高溫性及高剛性,在工業界常使用於生產用之材料。如何提高切削玻璃纖維之效率及降低刀具切削之磨損,在許多的研究中不斷的提出改善方法,目的為了降低企業成本,運用不同的加工條件來改善。本研究是以創新的排屑方式來進行實驗
    ,改變原始切削方式,利用風扇排屑的改善來提升刀具壽命,從溫度變化、切屑尺寸及刀具磨損率來評估改善效果。也運用此技術達到效率提升及成本降低之目的。
    ;The research is to improve the tool wear of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics by dry cutting. GFRP materials processing has been regarded as difficult to cutting.
    At present, it is not possible to define the optimum machining conditions and complete experience for cutting. GFRP has high temperature and high rigidity, usually used in the industry. How to improve the efficiency of GFRP cutting and reduce the tool wear. In many studies continue to propose improvements in order to reduce the cost of the enterprise, to use different processing conditions to improve. In this research, we use the innovative chip removal method to change the original cutting mode, and improve the tool life with the improvement of fan chip removal. The improvement effect can be evaluated from temperature change, chip size and tool wear rate. Also can use this technology to achieve efficiency and cost reduction.
