    Abstract: 根據聯合國糧農組織預報,氣候變遷導致環境變化將影響2050年預計有4,200萬人面臨飢餓情況,且4,200萬人這數字還不包含因極端季候及環境變遷受到的疾病或其他問題影響的人們,根據聯合國減災辦公室(U.N Office for Disaster Risk Reduction)指出,受到短期氣候或長期氣候所導致的災害的影響人數是近20年為上一個20年的2倍以上【4】。
    此外,氣候變遷也會對植物的營養價值造成影響,根據研究空氣中的二氧化碳濃度直接影響植物營養價值,如小麥這類糧食作物的營養含量便會越低,因此,FAO 社會與經濟發展部的 Kostas Stamoulis 表示,「不只是糧食作物產量減少,就連食物的營養價值也會降低」。【3】
    本研究主要是針對室內種植植物光譜進行深入研究,室內種植能改善氣候變遷導致植物無法種植的問題而且加速植物生長速度,從而改善飢餓情況。
