    摘要: 本論文主要在研究探討利用等溫度曲線計算材料內部溫度的方法,由於傳統的量測方式需要接觸材料或是無法達到非破壞性直接量測材料內部溫度,熱電偶式只能測得一部分局部表面溫度,紅外線表面只能得知表面溫度,即使是破壞式量測也容易在破壞過程中產生其他熱源或是使原始溫度流失,不易得知材料內部實際溫度,本論文提出經由公式推導得到一等溫度曲線並配合等效電路可達成在非破壞材料的狀態之下得知材料內部任一點的溫度。量測方法為使用熱傳導原理與等溫度曲線的特性,轉換成熱等效電路計算出材料內部溫度,在一個固定範圍恆溫恆濕的環境下量測以提高準確度,由一外部加熱源提供一固定瓦特數與固定時間的能量,用熱影像儀來取得材料表面溫度,並利用軟體進行二值化影像處理,得到材料表面等溫度曲線,使用熱傳導理論的特性,並將數據資料代入本論文所推導公式,可迅速得到材料內各點溫度。過程中可發現等溫度曲線近似一橢圓形,可得知長短軸的方向,代表材料不同的長寬或是散熱的方向。不同材料的傳熱係數不同,也會得到不同的溫度曲線。材料成分比例的不同也可以利用此方式算出其成分濃度為多少。在學術貢獻上,此論文所推導等溫度曲線方程式,可供後續研究或是相關人員使用,產業貢獻上,可以得到一快速且正確的材料內部溫度量測方法。後續如濃度不同的液體、固體皆可以利用此方法量測,並可以再發展多點熱源量測等研究。;In this paper, we discuss the method of calculating the internal temperature of the material by using the isothermal curve. Because the traditional measurement method needs to contact the material or can not reach the internal temperature of the non-destructive direct measurement material, the thermocouple can only measure a part of the local surface Temperature, infrared surface can only know the surface temperature, even the destruction of the measurement is also prone to damage in the process of generating other heat sources or the original temperature loss, easy to know the actual temperature inside the material, this paper proposed by the formula derived first Temperature curve and with the equivalent circuit can be achieved in the non-destructive material under the state of any material inside the temperature. The measurement method is used to calculate the internal temperature of the material by using the heat conduction principle and the characteristic curve of the isothermal curve. The temperature is measured in a fixed range constant temperature and humidity environment to improve the accuracy, and an external heating source is provided. The surface temperature of the material was determined by thermal image instrument, and the temperature of the material was measured by software. The characteristics of the surface of the material were obtained, and the characteristics of the heat conduction theory were used, and the data were obtained. Derivation of the formula, you can quickly get the material within the point temperature. The process can be found in the isothermal curve similar to an oval, can be informed of the direction of long and short axis, representing the different length of material or the direction of heat. Different materials have different heat transfer coefficients and different temperature curves. The proportion of the composition of the material can also use this method to calculate the composition of the concentration of how much. In the academic contribution, this paper derives the equation of the isothermal curve for later research or related personnel use, industry contribution, can get a fast and correct internal temperature measurement method. Subsequent, such as the concentration of different liquids, solid can use this method of measurement, and can further develop multi-point heat source measurement and other research.
