本論文以實務上遇到問題進行研究,使用自動光學檢測機測試印刷電路板的外觀,在新產品第一次測試時,先以首件測試進行初步參數調整與設定,待測試通過後才進入量產階段。但在首件測試時,未有一套標準化的作業規範供人員進行首件測試,導致新產品花費許多的參數調整及反覆測試的時間,影響新產品的交期。故透過相關文案探討發現可應用田口方法找出新產品的最佳參數設定,進而決定使用田口方法來進行研究。;This paper studies problems encountered in practice, and uses an automatic optical inspection machine to test the appearance of the printed circuit board. When the new product is tested for the first time, the first test is used to make initial parameter adjustments and settings. The test is only to enter after the test is passed.However, at the time of the first test, there was not a set of standardized operation specifications for the personnel to perform the first test, which resulted in the new product spending a lot of time for parameter adjustment and repetitive testing, affecting the delivery of new products. Therefore, through the discussion of relevant texts, we found that the Taguchi method can be used to find out the best parameter settings for new products, and then decided to use the Taguchi method to conduct research.
