現代中小型企業資訊系統最常面臨的挑戰就是開發導入時間，隨著組織成長與環境變化，需要經常透過流程檢視來以加速企業運作，企業組織流程再造是一項大工程，不但影響單位廣，投入成本也很大。企業e化到一定程度後便會考慮建立行動化，企業行動化應用是一個將企業內部既有之應用程式轉換成行動裝置可以使用的應用程式，透過行動化，可以不修改企業現有的流程，加速流程進行。對企業員工來說，行動化企業應用是一種全新的應用模式，改變了員工對現有的使用習慣。透過由上而下的導入方式，確保過程順暢。此應用能夠解決傳統企業應用無法隨時隨地使用的限制，並且為企業帶來更多的效益。 本研究透過光學製造業個案公司在內部e化到一定程度後，在不影響使用者作業習慣前提之下，利用市面上常用的即時通訊平台〝企業微信〞為基礎，尋找可以降低開發成本之方法及提升導入速度之工具，且可實際導入企業應用行動化平台之解決方案，在實際參與導入的過程中做為此論文研究的基礎。;The most common challenge for modern small and medium-sized enterprise information systems is the development and implementation time.
