在台灣汽車製造業全球化的過程中,生產製造成本成為最關鍵的因素。唯有透過降低成本,提高品質的製造過程,才能與國際其他車廠進行競爭。而在汽車精實生產的過程中,如何維持生產線的持續流動是一個重要的關鍵。任何一個影響生產線流動的因素都應該積極的處理解決。影響生產線的原因,除了作業延遲,零件供應不及以及品質問題等之外,設備故障也是一個重大的影響因素。盡量降低因設備故障影響設備可動率,就是設備維護管理人員的重要課題。 本研究主要探討個案公司如何在汽車現有的生產設備中加入IoT的元素,利用科技來降低設備保養的人力負荷,並透過兆候管理,減少設備故障發生的次數。並探討設備維護保養IoT化的導入,對維持生產線的流動性以及精實生產方式之貢獻。所得結論如下: (1) 唯有體認IoT最重要的精神是「服務與需求」,將重心放在想要得到的結果,才能將IoT化效果發揮到極致-以本個案為例,想得到的結果為對生產設備進行有效的兆候管理。 (2) 人才是企業的根本,持續進行人才育成的工作,可以加速設備維護保養IoT化的進行。;In the process of globalization of Taiwan′s auto manufacturing industry, manufacturing cost is the most critical factor. Only by reducing costs and improving the quality of the manufacturing process can compete with other car manufacturers. In the process of Lean Production, how to keep the continuous manufacturing of the production line is an important key. Any factor affecting the production line should be handled actively. The reason that affects the production line, in addition to operation delays, parts are late to supply and quality issues, equipment failure is also a major factor. Minimizing the impact of equipment failure on equipment availability rate is an important issue for equipment maintenance managers. This study focuses on how case company add elements of IoT to existing production equipment. Use technology to reduce the labor load on equipment maintenance, and through signs-management to reduce the number of equipment failures. We also discuss the introduction of IoT for equipment maintenance can maintain the continuous manufacturing of the production line and the contribution of Lean Production. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The most important spirit of recognizing IoT is "Service and Demand", put the focus on what we want to achieve in order to maximize the effectiveness of IoT- In our case , the desired result is effective management of production equipment. (2) Talent is the root of the enterprise, continued talent development can accelerate to introduce IoT equipment
