隨著時代的進步以及產業發展快速,全球化趨勢下帶動企業選擇將非核心業務轉向外包方式生產,本論文首先以文獻回顧外包的目的、演進以及外包管理的變化趨勢,進而對照個案公司外包管理模式的變化及未來需走向數據、系統化,才能讓外包的管理走向全面及更有效率。 再透過個案研究方式瞭解個案公司使用數據系統化後,以績效四大面向¬-時間、品質、數量、成本探討出其優勢並證明此趨勢方向正確,最後也對於數據保存、即時性、上下游產業鏈整合的不足提出建議,以期望企業能永續發展。 ;With the progress of the times and the rapid development of the industry, globalization has driven companies to choose to shift non-core businesses to outsourced production. This thesis firstly reviews the changes of the outsourcing purpose and evolution and outsourcing management trends in the literature, and then compares the changes in the outsourcing management model of case companies and the future needs of data and systematization in order to make outsourcing management more comprehensive and more efficient. Through case studies, we understand the case company′s use of data systematization, and discuss its advantages with four major performance-oriented aspects: time, quality, quantity, and cost, and prove that this trend is in the right direction. Finally, it also proposes suggestions for data storage, immediacy, and integration of upstream and downstream industry chains.
