    摘要: 非圓形齒輪之節曲線為一非圓形曲線,在機械傳動中可傳動變轉速比,更可根據轉速比之需求進而建立非圓形齒輪對。內嚙合非圓形齒輪相較於外嚙合有體積較小之優勢,常作為非定轉速比之傳動媒介,但因其轉速比為非線性與其幾何之特殊形,所以在設計上較一般齒輪複雜得多。本文以齒輪嚙合原理為基礎,根據齒輪之轉速比,分別建立內嚙合非圓形齒輪之外齒輪與內齒輪之數學模形。利用動載分析軟體ADAMS,將先前創成出之非圓形齒輪建立多體動力學(Multi-body Dynamics, MBD)分析模型並進行減速比之驗證,最後再利用齒條刀齒廓修形之方式,創成出不同齒廓之非圓形齒輪,分析不同齒廓對於齒輪傳動誤差之影響,期望利用齒廓修形之方式找出傳動誤差較小之非圓形齒輪對。;The centrode curve of non-circular gear is a non-circular curve. In the mechanical transmission, the various speed ratio can be transmitted by a non-circular gear. A non-circular gear pair can be established according to the requirement of the speed ratio. The internal non-circular gear has the advantage of smaller volume than the external one. Internal non-circular is often used as the transmission medium of a non-fixed speed ratio. Because of the nonlinear speed ratio and its special geometry, designing an internal non-circular gear is more complicated than a general gear. Based on the gear meshing principle and the gear ratio, the mathematical model of the external gear and the internal gear of the internal non-circular gear can be generated. Using the dynamic loading and analysis software, ADAMS, the multi-body dynamics (MBD) analysis model of the previously created non-circular gear was established and the reduction ratio was verified. Finally, we modify the rack-tooth profile and using different rack-tooth profile created different non-circular gear with different tooth profiles. Analyze the influence of different tooth profiles on the gear transmission error. It is expected to use the tooth profile modification method to find the non-circular gear pair with a small transmission error.
