    Abstract: 本文主要為研究振動應力消除的現象,由於振動應力消除的機制與原理尚未明確的建立,因此在本研究中嘗試以模擬的方式進行振動應力消除,並且對結果進行歸納與整理。在研究中主要使用軟體為ANSYS 有限元素分析軟體,且套用模型為較少被使用的沙博什材料模型,此模型具有非線性的材料應力應變曲線,而且在受到超過降伏應力的循環外力作用時,應變會有隨振動次數逐漸增加的情形,此現象與文獻中振動應力消除實驗結果較符合。文中分別以位移控制與力量控制模擬產生振動的情形,觀察二方法的結果可以發展出不同的預估應例消除效果的判斷法則,且從模擬結果中發現兩者的振動應力消除之施行手法不盡相同。在位移控制的模擬中,比較小的振幅,消除殘留應力的效果較佳;在力量控制的模擬中,比較大的振幅會有較好的消除殘留應力的效果,且應力應變曲線會因為施力的平均外力不同,而產生應變往拉或壓的方向偏移的差異。此外,模擬中所使用的沙博什材料模型的參數也是影響應力消除效果的關鍵。;The principle of Vibration Stress Relief has not been established in the past. This study tried to do Vibration Stress Relief (VSR) by simulation. By means of ANSYS Finite Element Software, it was shown that the stress-strain curve during vibration stress relief would offset while using the nonlinear Chaboche material Model which has not been considered in the simulation of VSR. The model describes the strain offset after each cycle of the external force. In the simulation, two methods, displacement-control vibration and force-control vibration, were used. The principles of these two methods are different. Displacement control VSR has a better effect in removing of residual stress when vibrating in a relatively lower amplitude. On the contrary, force control VSR has better effect on a higher amplitude vibration. The value of initial stress before vibration will affect the result of VSR. Forthermore, the parameters of Chaboche material model have large influences in VSR performance.
