    Abstract: 廢水中成份包含溶解性物質與非溶解性物質,各種類物質之濃度往往是用於判斷水質優劣的主要項目,而現行水質檢測方法多以傳統人工檢測方法為主,但其採樣與檢測分析程序耗時耗力,且無法及時獲得中物質濃度等相關資訊,為了能及時提供水處理系統控制有效的資訊,以光學頻譜建立即時廢水水質監測方法具有快速量測、不需外加藥劑等優點,可有效解決及改善傳統量測或實驗分析所面臨之問題。本研究以光學頻譜分析方法,針對廢水中之TSS、TDS、TCOD、SCOD、總硝酸鹽及溶解性硝酸鹽項目,建立以主成分分析法結合多元迴歸與倒傳遞類神經網路推估廢水中物質濃度之模式,以多元迴歸推估TSS、TDS、TCOD與溶解性COD之濃度其最佳推估結果TSS平均相對差異百分比為8.38 %, TDS平均相對差異百分比為15.53%,總COD平均相對差異百分比為16.29 %,溶解性COD平均絕對差異值為1.57,總硝酸鹽平均絕對差異值為0.76,溶解性硝酸鹽推估結果其平均絕對差異值為0.49,推估結果佳,而應用倒傳遞類神經網路建立之濃度推估模式雖其結果略差於多元迴歸分析之濃度推估公式,但推估之結果尚在可接受的範圍內,且其最大之優點為可一次同時解析TSS濃度、TDS濃度、TCOD濃度、SCOD濃度、總硝酸鹽濃度及溶解性硝酸鹽濃度,達到快速量測、即時得知廢水中TSS、TDS、COD與硝酸鹽濃度的目的。;The components in the wastewater contain dissolved substances and non-soluble substances. These kinds of substances is the main item used to judge the water quality. The current water quality testing methods are mostly based on traditional manual testing methods, but the sampling and testing analysis procedures are time-consuming and the water concentration cannot be obtained in time. In order to provide timely and effective information on water treatment system control, establishment of instant wastewater quality monitoring method with optical spectrum has the advantages of rapid measurement and no need for additional chemicals, which can effectively solve the traditional measurement problems. This study is focused on the concentration of the total suspended solids, total dissolve solids, chemical oxygen demand and nitrate. Used PCA with multiple regression and ANN to estimating the concentration of substances in wastewater. Estimating the concentration of TSS, TDS, TCOD and dissolved COD by multiple regression results are as follows:the average relative difference of TSS is 8.38 %, TDS is 15.53%, TCOD is 16.29% and the absolute difference in dissolved COD is 1.57, total nitrate is 0.76, dissolved nitrate is 0.49. As for the concentration estimation model established by the ANN is slightly worse than the concentration estimation formula of multiple regression analysis, but the estimated result is still within the acceptable range. And its advantage is that can be obtained TSS, TDS, TCOD, dissolved COD, total nitrate and dissolved nitrate at the same time to achieve rapid measurement concentration in wastewater.
