    摘要: 在此計劃中我們預計用理論探討6個非均勻環境中的量子光學系統。課題X1著重於在X射線波導管中激發原子核,課題X2試圖理解利用X射線自由電子雷射非均勻地激發原子系統的物理,課題X3要探討在多個靶材中X射線散射的可控制性,課題Q1要探討利用控制由放射性原子組成的Bose-Einstein凝聚態波函數來調製其gamma射線放射行為,課題Q2著重於電磁誘發透明慢光跟介質中聲波的交互作用,課題Q3要發展電子波盪器中的量子光學。這6個不同課題的共通點在於非均勻環境,但因其系統特性分別對應不同的波長尺度。課題X1、X2和X3側重於X射線波段,課題Q1橋接可見光及gamma射線,課題Q2側重可見光及聲波的交互作用,課題Q3著重於電子波盪器發出微波到THz的電磁波。我們希望理解如何在非均勻環境中控制原子核,原子和電子或正子並發掘新物理。 ;Quantum optics of different wavelengths in inhomogeneous environments will be theoretically investigated in this project. We plan to study six topics including driving nuclear transitions in an X-ray waveguide (topic X1), inhomogeneously pumped atomic system by X-ray free electron lasers (topic X2), interference between multiple X-ray scatterings at different targets and its controllability (topic X3), gamma-ray generation from a stirred and radioactive Bose-Einstein condensate in a trap (topic Q1), acoustic effects on electromagnetically induced transparency (topic Q2) and quantum optics in the undulator environment (topic Q3). These topics share the same concept of light-matter interactions in inhomogeneous environments but at different wavelength regime. Topics X1, X2 and X3 focus on X-ray regime, topic Q1 bridges visible light and gamma-ray regime, topic Q2 is about the interaction between visible slow light and acoustic waves and topic Q3 focuses on GHz to THz regime of electromagnetic spectrum. We wish to understand in inhomogeneous environments how to control nuclear, atomic and electronic or even positronic systems in their corresponding energy scale and discover new effects.
