    Abstract: 本研究對象為國內肥料及化學產業龍頭,屬於半公營之A公司在花蓮擁
    有D-Park海洋深層水園區,D-Park海洋深層水園區是全臺灣唯一獲三大認證
    的海洋深層水工廠,占地四十六甲,總投資數十億台幣,也是臺灣首創世界
    級取水工程,其取水管總長度達四千九百四十公尺,取水深度深達六六二公
    尺,為亞洲最大規模的海洋深層水工廠。園區中並設置約8公頃藻蝦繁養加
    工場域,透過下游藻蝦加工廠建置,提供深層海水培育營養健康的各類鮮
    藻、藻粉原料及白蝦。其中,A公司與C電信公司在海水品質、溫度自動化
    監控方面,開啟了物聯網技術的應用於海藻智慧養殖專案,專案目的旨在改
    善過去人工監測水溫的缺點,朝自動化邁進,創造更大的海洋深層水產業產
    值,而C電信公司也能提升物聯網技術的應用價值。
    本研究採取個案研究的方式,以智慧養殖溫度監測專案為研究對象,並
    以深度訪談法及質性分析來了解其價值共創三階段的執行狀況、所遭遇的問
    題、因應對策及未來規劃,本研究爰引價值共創理論觀點,蒐集雙方參與之
    專案成員之經驗及觀點,希望對物聯網及海洋深層水產業發展有所啟發。;The research object is A company, a leading parapublic company of
    domestic fertilizer and chemical industry which owns the D-Park Ocean Deep
    Water Park in Hualien. The D-Park Ocean Deep Water Park is the only one deep
    ocean water plant having three certificates in Taiwan. It covers an area of 46
    hectares with a total investment of several billions. It is also the first world-class
    ocean water intake project in Taiwan. The total length of its water intake pipe is
    4,940 meters, and the depth of water intake is 662 meters. It is the largest deep
    ocean water plant in Asia. About 8 hectares of algae shrimp breeding and
    processing fields are set up in the park. These downstream algae shrimp
    processing plants provide all kinds of nutritious and healthy algae, alga powder
    raw materials and white shrimp cultivated by deep ocean water. Company A and
    Telecom company C start to cooperate on the application of IoT technology to
    the intelligent seaweed breeding project in the automatic temperature and quality
    monitoring of ocean water. The purpose of the project is to improve the
    shortcomings of manual monitoring of water temperature in the past, to move
    towards automation and create more value of deep ocean water industry, and
    Telecom company C can also enhance the application value of IoT technology.
    This study adopts a case study approach, and takes the intelligent breeding
    temperature monitoring project as the research object. We use in-depth interviews
    and qualitative analysis to see the implementation of the three stages of value
    co-creation, problems encountered, countermeasures and future planning. This
    research refers to the theoretical perspective of value co-creating, collects the
    experiences and views of the members involved in the project, and hopes to
    inspire the development of the IoT and deep ocean water industry.
