    摘要: 面對高度變動的環境衝擊下,企業經營面對更多挑戰,也更需要尋找各種專業的協助,因此近年來對管理顧問業的需求日遽增加,而管理顧問業的類別非常多元,不同領域的管理顧問公司有不同優勢,管理顧問業因應企業提出經營管理的解決方案,面對企業激烈的產業更迭與創新,無形中增加了管理顧問業的多元化與挑戰性,管理顧問業要持續獲利與永續經營,是否有較佳的經營策略,因而有此論文的研究產生。
      本研究以台灣管理顧問業A公司為例,深入探討管理顧問業現況,運用產業分析的五力分析與SWOT分析工具進行探討管理顧問業的經營策略,研究結果建議如下:(1)發展品牌性課程並轉化為顧問服務系統或課程教材,創造新市場區域與高價值化服務。(2)強化品牌識別度,知名度是產業競爭優勢之一,值得投入。(3)加強人才培育,留任關鍵人才是經營策略上重要關鍵點。(4)尋找供應鏈的合作夥伴,各取所特長做為互補,讓管理顧問業者可以增加價值,把市場做大。;Under the impact of highly volatile environment, business management faces more challenges, and more needs to find assistance from various professions. Therefore, the demand for management consulting industry has increased in recent years, and the categories of management consulting industry are very diverse, and different fields Management consulting companies have different advantages. The management consulting industry responds to the company′s fierce industrial change and innovation in response to the company′s fierce industrial management and innovation. It has invisibly increased the diversification and challenges of the management consulting industry, and the management consulting industry must continue to profit. With the sustainable management, whether there is a better business strategy, so the research of this paper has emerged.
    This study takes Company A as an example to discuss the current situation of management consulting industry. It uses the five-force analysis and SWOT analysis tools of industrial analysis to discuss the management strategy of management consulting industry. The research results are as follows: (1) Development of brand identity The course is transformed into a consultancy service system or course materials to create new market areas and high value services. (2) Strengthen brand recognition, and visibility is one of the industrial competitive advantages, which is worth investing. (3) Strengthening talent cultivation, retaining key talents is an important key point in business strategy. (4) Finding partners in the supply chain, complement each other′s expertise, so that management consultants can increase value and expand the market.
