本研究在探討研發人員的工作滿意度與留任意願之關聯性,並用人格特質作為調節變項進行分析,透過發放問卷方式取得資料後,使用統計軟體SPSS22.0版本進行分析。 經迴歸分析後,發現研發人員的「工作滿意度」可以有效預測依變項「留任意願」, 其中,內在滿意和外在滿意對於留任意願同時具有顯著的正向影響,而且外在滿意對於留任意願之影響大於來自於內在滿意的影響,與過去留任意願之相關性研究之文獻的分析結果相符。而研發人員五大人格特質中的「親和性」、「謹慎性」、「外向性」、「情緒穩定性」皆與留任意願有高度相關,但「開放性」並沒有相關。 最後經由層級式迴歸分析後發現,五大人格特質皆無法調節工作滿意度與留任意願之關係,均沒有顯著效果。;This study aims to discuss the correlation between R&D personnel’s job satisfaction level and willingness to retain; and to conduct an analysis based on personality traits as the moderator variable. Relevant data are obtained from questionnaires and then analyzed using the SPSS Statistics Base 22.0 Statistics software. The regression analysis results indicate that the “job satisfaction level” of R&D personnel can effectively forecast the “willingness to retain” thereof according to the variable. Among them, internal and external satisfaction has significant positive influence on willingness to retain; and the influence of external satisfaction on willingness to retain is bigger than that of internal influence. This is identical to the analysis results of correlation studies related to willingness to retain. Furthermore, among the five major personality traits of R&D personnel, “affinity”, “prudence”, “extraversion” and “emotional stability” are highly correlated to the willingness to retain, whereas “openness” is not correlated thereto at all. Finally, the hierarchical regression analysis results indicate that the said five major personality traits cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and willingness to retain as there is no significant effect.
