    Title: 田口分析法驗證射出參數對光碟機面板翹曲變形量之研究

    Abstract: 塑膠製品在現今的生活中是非常廣泛,佔比是非常重的,但對於塑膠產品的變形與塑膠射出參數互相影響,並沒有很明確方式來驗證。故本論文主要用田口分析來確認光碟機面板翹曲變形量,是否能正確且有效的減少其翹曲變形量。
    研究結果: 利用最容易影響塑膠翹曲變形量的成型四種參數 (模溫、射速、保壓壓力、保壓時間) ,用田口分析法中L9直交表得到9 組參數,並用光碟機面板模具實際進行樣本射出,得到 (9 組*10個樣本等於90個樣本) ,用2.5D量測設備進行量測90個樣本翹曲變形量,得到90個翹曲變形量,此90個翹曲變形量值用EXCEL算出均質響應值及均質响應 (望小) 值,並用Minitab程式算出均質響應值及均質響應 (望小) 值,將兩者數據互相比對結果無誤,因此得到最佳參數。再用最佳化四種參數 (模溫、射速、保壓壓力、保壓時間),再進行10 個樣本射出及量測翹曲變形量,結果驗證了翹曲變形量的確有效減少14.2% 。
    ;Plastic product become more popular adoption in our modern life , the weight of penetration is becoming greater and greater . But there is no any clear defined methodology to check the interaction between injections modeling parameter vs. injections deformation. The article is utilizing Takuchi Method to analyze the injection parameter vs. optical disk deformation (warpage) to see if the optical disk warpage can be improved correctly.

    The result shows: there are 4 injection parameters (injection temperature, Injection speed, remaining pressure and remaining time) impact plastic product deformation (optical disk warpage) most. 9 sets of parameter were defined with Taguchi′s L9 Orthogonal Arrays approach then apply to experiments on optical disk injection to get 90 sets of sample (10 of each set of parameter). We got 90 sets of warpage value from measuring 90 sets optical disk sample with 2.5D measurement tool. Inputting 90 sets measuring result to Excel to get mean value and mean STB (the small the best) value. Comparing the mean value and means STB value to equivalent analysis by Minitab , the result shows there is no difference and best parameters are obtained. Injected 10 more sample with optimized injection parameters (injection temperature, Injection pressure, Packing time , Packing pressure) approved the warpage can be reduced around 14.2% 。
