;For the integration of Hakka cluster industry and establishing regional industry spotlight, Hakka Affairs Council especially divided the whole Taiwan ethnic group into five corridors according to their regional characteristics. Of which on the East Rift Valley No. 9 highway displaying a linear distribution of Hakka villages with distinct group characteristics. This plan takes Hualian Hakka community as the field for it’s rich historical and cultural resources, investigates ecotourism and humanistic resources, and then establishes the database of these cultural resources, which will to be used by professional narrators to explain the story of Hakka ethnic groups, including culture, rural, ecological and other diverse connotations. This will be successful in shaping Hualian Hakka cultural Corridor, and it is also an important cultural practice of the Eastern Hakka. In addition, Hakka people are the ethnic groups inhabited in the mountain area for many generations with villages over century-old history, therefore it’s surrounding terrain and ecological environment, most of which has been transformed into a "natural environment" that can match the way of life of it’s ethnic groups. If we can explore the possibility of a harmonious symbiotic production model between the Hakka groups and the land, combine with ecotourism and the spirit of Satoyama, and try to protect the environment visited, preserve local cultural, social and community values in a little-pace, least impactful, explanatory natural or eco-tourism, At the same time, we can allow both the hast and the guest to enjoy positive interaction and experience sharing, in a friendly way, to treat the surrounding people, animals and the natural environment, and to achieve the concept of environmental values of the Hakka ethnic group in harmonious coexistence of people and the nature.
