    Abstract: 本計畫將以兩年為期,針對醫療輔具、健身器材等產業相關產品之需求,開發一具高速比之複合型行星齒輪傳動機構。計畫中將建立三種主要技術:(1) 模組化系統、(2) 受載齒面接觸接觸分析(LTCA)、(3) 製作、驗證與測試。本年度為第二年計畫,主要投入量產型粉末冶金齒輪之開發與製作、驗證,共區分三個次要研究項目:1. 量產型行星齒輪機構設計與分析:將根據前一年度的雛型齒輪箱測試結果,設計出最終版本的行星齒輪增速機,再以分析程式與有限元素分析軟體進行驗證可行。並完成試產型加工圖面。2. 行星齒輪機構製作與檢驗:將完成齒輪模具設計與製作,行星齒輪機構箱體,以及齒輪製作,最後完成組裝,再進行齒輪機構中各齒輪對齒印檢驗,以確保接觸狀況。3. 行星齒輪機構測試與驗證:將規劃與執行行星齒輪機構加速疲勞測試以及實際產品整合驗證測試。本計畫不只可以提高所發展之分析理論模型的可應用性,更可以引導廠商建立市場開發能力,規劃具有較佳成本效益的產品,以增強市場競爭力。 ;A compound planetary gear drive with a high gear ratio will be developed for medical aids and fitness equipment in this two-year project. Three technologies will be established: (1) Modular system, (2) Loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA): (3) Validation test of the prototype. This proposed project, as the second year, focuses mainly on the development, production and verification of the powder metallurgy planetary gearbox for preparation of mass-production. It is divided into three research topics.1. Design and analysis of mass-produced planetary gearbox: The final version of the planetary gearbox will be designed according to the test results of the prototype gearbox developed in the previous year project. The developed LTCA program and the finite element analysis software will be used to verify the load capacity. The related drawings for the trial production are completed accordingly. 2. Production and inspection of the planetary gearbox: design and production of gear mold, manufacturing of the gearbox housing, the gear and other components, as well as assembly of the gearbox will be completed. The gears and the whole gearbox will be inspected to ensure the contact condition.3. Testing and verification of planetary gearbox: planning and implementation of an accelerated fatigue test and integration product verification test for the planetary gearbox.
