    Abstract: 傳統的腦部手術,只能憑藉著術前影像(CT, MRI, CTA)與臨床經驗剖析腦部組織結構,並規劃合適的手術路徑;若過程中傷害了腦動脈,輕則造成出血,重則造成病人嚴重的後遺症甚至死亡;本研究將結合CT影像輔助手術導引系統與已跟病患對位的3D血管影像模型,幫助醫師精確規劃可避開腦動脈的安全手術路徑,並於術中精準定位。研究重點包含: 電腦斷層腦血管影像(CTA, Computed Tomography Angiography)的影像處理、腦血管分割及3D重建、3D腦血管模型與電腦斷層影像及病患頭顱的對位(registration)、及混合實境(MR, Mixed reality)與導航系統的整合。手術時導航系統可引導頭戴式MR眼鏡即時呈現腦動脈血管、手術器械與病人的方位關係,提供醫師直覺地3D手術導航與減少腦血管的可能損傷。 ;In traditional brain surgery, surgeons analyze the brain tissue anatomy and plan appropriate surgical path to avoid damage important tissues of the brain only by preoperative images (CT, MRI, or CTA) and clinic experience. If the surgical tool accidentally damages cerebral arteries, it will cause bleeding or even death of the patient. This study will combine a self-developed CT image-assisted surgical navigation system with 3D blood vessel model already registered with the patient to help the surgeon to accurately plan safe surgical paths and accurate positioning during operation. The major topics of this research are: image processing, segmentation and reconstruction of 3D cerebrovascular model, which will be registered with the patient’s head. The integration of MR (Mixed Reality) with the navigation system can guide the head-mounted MR glasses to instantly display the spatial relationship amount the cerebral artery, surgical instrument and the patient, provide the surgeon with intuitive 3D surgical navigation, and reduce possible damage of the brain vessels.
