    Abstract: 常見的微米等級的結構物製作方法,仍然需要相當精度的半導體製程設備,因此其生產成本仍屬偏高。局部電化學沉積(local electrochemical deposition, LECD)的概念在1996年由Madden及Hunter提出,具有設備低廉,且耗能較少,能有效地降低微結構的製作成本。其優點包括不需使用光罩、所需設備便宜、所需要的能源較少、可在難加工材質上製作等。由於這些優點,在過去十餘年間,許多學者投入微電鍍技術。本實驗室也利用即時影像回饋控制,並利用Comsol軟體分析局部電場,以得到光滑且多樣的微結構物。本計畫希望繼續以往的努力,製作類似DNA雙螺旋的微結構,提供微物理量感應器使用。並研究雙螺旋結構的物理性質(如電容、電感及機械力學或導熱係數等)與其螺旋柱長度及間距變化的關係 ,以供微型感測器使用。 ;Local electrochemical deposition (LECD) has been proved as a cheap and effective way to manufacture micro scale devices such as sensors and actuators. In this project, we wish to develop a way to manufacture a double spiral column. To achieve this goal, we need to develop better control systems for translation and rotation. Also, we need to analyze the relationship between the physical properties and the pitches of the column.
