    摘要: 鐿鈦科技股份有限公司創立於2004年,於2012年11月在證券櫃檯買賣中心掛牌上櫃,鐿鈦科技早年以生產製造精密扣件起家,藉由多年技術的扎根,已逐步轉型為高端精密金屬產品製造;目前專注於醫療器材產品製造,擁有多年替國際級醫療大廠代工之經驗及技術,為國內微創手術器械關鍵零組件之先驅。然而,鐿鈦公司目前面臨的挑戰,主要為代工獲利過低,需要利用最新的技術的研究和開發更有效率的製程降的成本,我們特別針對鐿鈦科技股份有限公司目前承接業務中,協助開發各式成型模具 在本計畫中,我們預計使用精密衝壓機台如精密衝壓機台搭配精密模具設計,可以取代傳統多道次沖壓後還要進行切銷加工,在製作醫療器械精密鍛造成型計畫中,模具設計方面我們預計分兩年完成以下的工作:第一年: 醫療器具精密冷間成型金屬成型製程開發(殘餘應力/極小化)與模具合理化分析:開發精密鍛造製程取代傳統沖壓多道次成形(10工程以上)第二年: 醫療器具精密冷間成型金屬成型製程開發(殘餘應力/極小化)與模具合理化分析:模具磨耗 模具壽命提升,開發模具模耗監測系統 ;INTAI Technology Co., Ltd, was founded in 2004.In November 2012, it was listed on the counter of the securities counter trading center. In the early years, the company started to manufacture precision fasteners. With years of technology, it has gradually transformed into high-end precision metal products. Currently, it focuses on the manufacture of medical equipment. With many years of experience and technology for international OEMs, it is a pioneer in the key components of domestic minimally invasive surgical instruments. However, the current challenges faced by INTAI are mainly due to the low profitability of foundry, the need to use the latest technology research and the development of more efficient process cost reduction, we are specifically targeting the current business of INTAI Technology Co., Ltd. To assist in the development of various molding diesWe expect the use of precision forging machines such as precision forging machines with precision mold design, which can replace the traditional multi-pass stamping and cutting processing. In the production of precision forging equipment for medical equipment, we expect two parts in mold design. Complete the following work in the year:First year: Product development of medical device by precision metal forming and mold rationalization analysis(minimal resist stresss): Laser cutting preforming and precision medical device forging to complete forging die developmentThe second year: Product development of medical device by precision metal forming and mold rationalization analysis(minimal resist stresss): precision forging replaces traditional stamping multi-pass forming (10 projects or more)
